3.7: The Articles of Confederation

Yippee! It’s time for the weakest piece of paper probably ever written. The Articles of Confederation sucked at doing pretty much everything except keeping a tyrannical executive out of power. How could there be one, when there was no executive branch? Congress was pretty successful passing the Northwest Ordinance, however.
